POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide customer service support to customers by continually processing customer orders and payments, processing returns and credits and responding to customer inquires.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
2. Address customer concerns/complaints regarding billing, shipping and damage/incorrect items received
3. Process returns by attaining a return authorization for customer and upon receipt of product issue credit to customer
4. Assist customers in locating product
5. Register customers on site; send welcome email upon completion of registration
6. Process order fulfillment for unfilled orders
7. Create/Receive Purchase Orders for AP vendors
8. Other job duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma required with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
2. Customer service experience required
3. Customer service in an Ecommerce environment preferred
4. Professional telephone and office etiquette
5. Excellent customer service skills required
