JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for accurately processing customer invoices in a timely manner, collection of past due accounts and other accounting duties as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify shipping documentation and process customer invoices in
ERP system
Determine method of invoicing required by customer and process accordingly:
   * U.S. Mail, Email, Fax, EDI
   * Enter invoices into Government required payment portals
   * Enter invoices into other EDI systems as required by the customer
   * Prepare summary invoices as required by the customer
Process AR adjustments/Credit Memos
Maintain records of collection efforts for past due AR invoices
Work with Customer Service department to resolve discrepancies in payments
Filing when necessary
Special Projects as directed

Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, word-processing and spreadsheet software.
Must possess good analytical skills
Must be accurate, organized and detail oriented
Must be able to prioritize and meet goals and deadlines
Must be able to work and communicate in a diverse team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks, keep records current, excellent planning skills
Two years equivalent experience preferred

Bending, stooping, kneeling

Light to moderate noise levels
